Our Focus

Strategic focus and direction is seen when an organization is very clear about its mission and vision, core values, theory of change and has a coherent, wellarticulated strategy for achieving them. A well-articulated vision and mission statement particularly helps an organization to develop a greater sense of purpose. Besides, these key elements of the strategic plan reflects the uniqueness of the organization. This section of the strategic plan highlights the vision, mission and theory of change that will guide Embibo Foundation during the strategic plan period (2022-2026).

An equitable society where women are free from poverty and injustice

 

Mission Statement
To improve the livelihoods of the less privileged rural women, youth in refugee and host communities in the Rwenzori Region through entrepreneurship skilling and provision of seed capital, for enhanced and sustainable incomes.

 

Core Values
Organizational values guide the conduct and behavior of an organization’s staff, governance board as well as beneficiaries and stake holders. Commonly cherished values also help an organization define its culture and beliefs. Embibo Foundation Limited will be guided by the following core values.
